How to Change Glock Sights
One of the great parts about shooting sports is getting to modify your firearm to your exact needs, depending on your situation. Whether you are interested in shooting sports (USPSA/IDPA), EDC (everyday carry), or self-defense, the key to these modifications is proper installation. In this video we will show you step-by-step how to change out your Glock stock front and rear sights to the HIVIZ Target Sights. These bright and ultra-durable sights are constructed of all metal and include green, red, black and white LightPipes in the standard package. These will fit all Glock models in 9mm and 40 S&W.
This is an easy swap that, with the right tools and a little precision, will greatly improve your shooting experience and confidence! Most shooters are not impressed with the stock Glock sights. Unlike their precision-built guns, it’s the one part they really fell short on. Luckily, you can choose the perfect sights for your specific needs and change them out.
You will need a Universal rear sight pusher and a Glock front sight tool. There are a few other kind of tools you can use, such as a brass punch, or you can also utilize a vice grip if need be. But the tools we used are best for beginners and are inexpensive.
